Course Overview

Leadership development is a career – long interactive process that involves professional experience, formal training, education, self-study, assessment and reflection. It forms an important hub in the armed forces, in organisations, social and community, educational and political context, to achieve success. The traditional theories, styles and principles have been retained in view of their time-tested applicability. The Armed Forces have to ensure a total quality and value-based leadership to successfully face the future security challenges to fulfil the national aspirations.
Motivation is one of the driving forces behind human behaviour. It encourages and urges the employees to perform to the best of their capabilities so as to achieve the desired goals of any organisation.
